How long does it take for my money to hit the system by personal check?
It usually takes JP Morgan Chase 5 business days to clear a personal check, but of course we will be monitoring the account and we will notify you immediately.
Do you charge a wiring fee?
No, FXDD does not charge a wiring fee for incoming and outgoing wires.
However, please be advised that FXDD will only wire funds to a bank account in your name or to an account in your name at a licensed brokerage firm.
Should you wish to transfer funds to a licensed brokerage firm, please be further advised that FXDD will assess your account a $50 transfer fee and the fee will be deducted from the equity in the account.
The FXDD Funds Redemption form needs to be filled out and submitted by FAX at (+356) 2138-3307 Please note that the US federal law prohibits FXDD from redeeming funds to a bank account or person that is different than the name and account used to initially open the account.
