Thank you for giving us an excellent tour around the race track. You really know the car and race details. You, your team and all the perks your team provided made it an exciting weekend for Ted and I. We really appreciate the time and thought your team exhibited. I realize, as well as you do, that things do not always go as planned - in both the Forex or on the racetrack, but my wife and I were proud to see a valiant effort put forth by Team Speedsource FXDD at Daytona.
We wanted to thank you, as well as others who made our trip possible and enjoyable. Brittany, Charlie V, Andrew W and Mike R were of the utmost professionals in representing FXDD at Daytona. Thanks, also, to Jeff Baskin, whom I've met several times and who called me to let us know we had won and Farley G who was instrumental in making travel arrangements. A special thanks to Andrew who knew the ropes and was a most gracious host acting as tour guide for my wife, Mary, and I who had never been to a race before. Also a big thanks to nameless others who were instrumental in making this trip happen. The race, the hotel, the goodies, the perfect weather are all something we will remember for a long time.

I found it very helpful that you were each blatantly honest in setting expectations for what we should require of ourselves, and what we could expect from FXDD as well as the market.
The fact that you did not hawk any books or tapes was a real credibility builder for me, as it demonstrates that your unique business proposition is based on the business services you provide, rather than on the selling of educational resources.
The complimentary well stocked continental breakfast and after hours food and drink were impressive as well, and no doubt appreciated by all.

Dear Chris,
I just wanted to take a minute and thank you for your help today. I appreciate not only your listening patiently to my concerns, but even more the technical and computer information you shared. I actually had never had anyone advise me about the issues of having dual platforms running. I guess the only way to get around that is to run on separate computers. I have three, so I guess I could do this, but it would be a little tedious for opening and closing positions between accounts. + Read more
Anyway, I appreciate the numerous times you went to bat for me and then also the door of opportunity you gave me to talk to your immediate supervisor. One of the things I like about FXDD is that you actually get to talk to a person that is familiar not only with the markets but with the platforms. More than just the money that was re-instated back to my account is the quality of the customer service I received when I called.
